PCD Building Corp. was founded in 2002. Owner and President, Paul Dougherty, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. PCD has developed into a full-service General Contractor, Remodeler and Construction Manager. Our annual sales volume has now exceeded 2.2 million. We are located in Orlando, Florida making our primary focus the Central Florida Region.  We travel throughout the State of Florida for our clients.  We are a state certified general contractor. We have ample bonding capacity.  We have all insurance policies required for any specific projects.  Our team is well versed and technically efficient in Contracts, Building Codes, Ordinances & Statutes, Budgets and Value Engineering, Critical Path Scheduling, Practical Engineering Theory, Means and Methods, all with a high level of Customer Service.
