OUC Stanton Energy Center Landfill Expansion

This project involved expanding combustible waste landfill storage to meet new EPA requirements.  PCD Building Corp was contracted to install concrete foundations for all pipes between drainage structures.  PCD also installed all uniform sections mats and erosion control.

Winter Park Towers Stover Center for Lifelong Learning

This project involved demolition of the existing multipurpose room and renovation to create a sub-dividable media center for many functions such as continuing education, community events, media presentations, and social activities.

Valencia Coummunity College West Campus Chiller Plant Renovation

This project involved setting up temporary chillers for the campus chill water loop.  Once temporary utilities were in place the existing chiller plant equipment was completely demolished.  Then the new hightly efficient chillers, pumps, and controls were installed.  The systems allowed for significant energy savings for the entire campus.

Omnicare Advanced Care Scripts Orlando Expansion

PCD Building Corp. completed an 18000 SF office expansion to the call center for this national publicly traded pharmacy corporation.  The project was completed in only 6 weeks.  It included a large open office area, a training room, multi-purpose room, large and small conference rooms, executive offices, large lunch room and fenced outdoor patio, large restroom and computer room.

Having exceeded our clients expectations, we will be bidding on their next project in Bradenton Florida this year.
